
Former Manchester United and Ajax defender is set to join Bayer Munich on a free transfer.
According to renowned sports journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Dutch defender will sign a contract that will see him at the Allianz Arena until June 2023 with an option to extend for another year.
Blind agreed to terminate his contract with Ajax with six months left after the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

The 32-year-old defender will be available to play for Bayern when the German champions resume their campaign against RB Leipzig on January 20.
He is reportedly on his way to Germany at the time of publishing, where he will undergo a medical and sign a contract thereafter straight after
Blind will be a good addition to the Bayern backline after Lucas Hernandez ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament at the World Cup during France's opener against Australia.
Having started his career at Ajax in 2008, Blind went on to win four Eredivisie titles before joining Manchester United in 2014.
He spent four seasons with the Red Devils where he won the Europa League and FA Cup before returning to Ajax in 2018.
Upon his return, he was able to see the Dutch side win three more league titles.
