
Sadio Mane is one of the most humble footballers in the world despite earning a whooping salary of Ksh801 million (£5,200,000) annually.
Despite having the opportunity to live a lavish lifestyle, the Liverpool ace donates a large share of the funds to charities back home.
One time when Mane was speaking to the press, he noted that he does not value cars and lavish expenditures. He rather seeks to impact the world.

“Why would I want 10 Ferraris, 20 diamond watches, or two planes? What will these objects do for me and for the world?
“I was hungry, and I had to work in the field; I survived hard times, played football barefooted, I did not have an education and many other things, but today with what I win thanks to football, I can help my people,“ Mane stated earlier.
The 29-year-old has managed to build a hospital, a school and a mosque for his community. Mane in the recent past also donated over 300 Liverpool shirts to children back at his home village.
The AFCON winner donated Ksh77 million (£500,000) to help fund the construction of a hospital in his hometown of Bambali in Senegal.
In 2019 he also donated around Ksh38.5 million (£250,000) to build a school in Bambali.
During the just-concluded AFCON tournament, the Liverpool star was hospitalised for a concussion.
The injury was however a blessing in disguise for a distraught family that had pending bills of their admitted child.
It was reported that Mane gave the family of the boy Ksh70,000 (400,000 FCFA ) to clear the bill.
