In the last qualifying round, Canada leads the table with 28 points, followed by the United States (25 points), which holds a goal difference advantage over third-place Mexico (25) in the standings.
In Sunday's late games, the United States defeated Panama 5-1 and Mexico defeated Honduras 1-0.
