
Harambee Stars and Azam FC midfielder Kenneth Muguna revealed his daily routine as he plays in Tanzania.
Muguna joined Azam FC in 2020 and is currently in his second season in the Tanzania Vodacom Premier League.
During an interview on November 11, with Sporton, Muguna revealed that he does not indulge in many activities outside the pitch.
He divulged that he spends at least half of his day sleeping after engaging in intense training sessions.

"For a person who does not play football, you can say my life is boring. When I wake up, I take a shower, have breakfast, then head out for training sessions maybe one or two hours depending on the coach's program, then I go back home to take lunch and spend the rest of the day sleeping and that’s how my day goes it’s a cycle," Muguna noted.
Away from the pitch, Muguna noted that he loves visiting restaurants, going shopping and taking walks around the park.
The 26-year-old added that the Tanzanian league is tough as being a foreigner one needs to be at their level best.
It is not an easy thing to do but, of course, it's good for you as a player to overcome the challenge,” Muguna added.
Drawing comparisons to the Kenyan diet, Muguna preferred Tanzanian meals.
Muguna also noted that when he feels homesick, he either calls his family members or friend back in Kenya.
The midfielder revealed that so far, his greatest moment in Tanzania was when he scored the winning goal for Azam during the 2022 Mapinduzi Cup. This was on his birthday on January 6, 2022.
