
AFC Leopards missed out a chance to go top of the FKF Premier League table when they were held to a 0-0 draw by Posta Rangers at the Ruaraka Grounds on Saturday.
Heading into the match, Ingwe were two points behind leaders Tusker and a win could have propelled them to the summit of the league.
Francis Nambute had their best chances of the game but his effort from a tight angle was saved by Benjamin Ochan. In the 44th minute, Nambute almost headed home a Joseph Dwang’ cross but a hawk-eyed Ochan rose high to claim the ball.
In the second half, Ingwe were reduced to ten men when Isaac Kipyegon was sent off for a professional foul on the impressive Nambute.
Ingwe improved gradually with Collins Shichenje who came on for Eugene Mukangula missed a sitter after good work from Ellvis Rupia down the right flank.
