Kenya Films and Classification Board (KFCB) boss Ezekiel Mutua has reacted to the Harambee Stars versus Egypt 1-1 draw through a  tweet which elicited a series of reactions from Kenyans on Twitter.

Despite the 1-1 draw with The Pharaohs ,Kenya showcased bravery in their game play since they looked sharp on their attack. Though the result did not go as expected ,most Kenyans were happy with the performance put out by the boys which showcased hardwork and character .

With the sentiments put out by the KFCB CEO after yesterday's match suggested that Kenyans are not talented in soccer, this was interpreted by Kenyans as a reckless comment coming from a highly influential person in the society who should use his platform to inspire and encourage instead of criticizing and discouraging the crop of players who participated in yesterday's match.

His tweet also triggered reactions from a couple of Kenyan celebrities such as musician King Kaka and sports media personality Carol Radull who expressed disappointment on the comment section who believed that the Harambee Stars players played their hearts out but were unlucky not to qualify for the AFCON 2021.
