According to an Argentine media outlet, the players were to attend a party later in the day.
"The Argentine national team successfully completed its return to the country and is preparing to live a party in the next few hours.
"Before that, players and coaching staff must recover their energy with a well-deserved rest," read a statement from TyC Sports.
The La Albiceleste overpowered multiple champions Les Bleus of France, to lift the most expensive trophy in the universe.
