Mathias Pogba claimed on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 that his younger brother Paul Labile Pogba paid an unidentified wizard millions of euros to perform black magic that would shield him from injuries.

In a video that has been viewed more than 1.7 million times on Twitter, Mathias said the sorcery did not work as the Juventus star kept suffering injury setbacks.

“And to protect yourself from injury, does it require paying millions of euros to this wizard over years? (Especially since it didn't work) And investigators and the tax authorities can easily verify this with the central bank in London,” stated Mathias.

According to Mathias, despite Paul admitting the incident to the law enforcement officers, he continues to discredit everyone who knows the secret.

The Guinean international further added that Paul is feeding the public with false information by claiming a group of his childhood buddies wanted to extort him.

“Also, in his relentlessness to discredit anyone who knows his little secrets, Paul claims that the money he offered to his childhood friends was extorted, easy for the media to say.

“But what do we do if this money is justified by official and registered documents, and there is proof of a consented gesture!? It's not the same, is it?” he continued.

Mathias, who has previously played for Crawley Town and Sparta Rotterdam, has threatening to expose more of Paul's secrets.

A few days ago, Mathias had accused his brother for visiting a “witchdoctor” with the intention of harming his French teammate Kylian Mbappe. He advised Mbappe to avoid Paul, whom he called a traitor and hypocrite.

Paul has denied the accusations coming from his brother, terming the videos circulating online unfortunate and unsurprising.

The former Manchester United player is yet to feature for Juventus this season after picking up a knee injury during a training session earlier this month.

It was initially feared that the injury would rule him out of the 2022 FIFA World Cup due in November 20 but will only undergo a five-week conservative treatment following consultations with his physician.
